1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product you received is different from what you ordered.

You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair oil bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof of the issue (e.g., damaged bottle, leakage, or wrong item).

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
3. Exchange Policy

If the product qualifies for exchange, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage, leakage, or a wrong item sent by RoyalGates, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Products not in their original packaging.

Orders returned after the 3-day return window.
