Local Deliveries (Within Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. International Deliveries: Orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
All RoyalGates l bottles are carefully sealed and packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit. In case of damage or leakage upon delivery, customers must report it within 24 hours with photo proof.
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. RoyalGates is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can track your order through the courier’s official website.
If your order does not arrive within the stated time frame, please contact our customer support. RoyalGates is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.
