    All RoyalGates l bottles are carefully sealed and packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

In case of damage or leakage upon delivery, customers must report it within 24 hours with photo proof.

  1. Delivery Attempts
    Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
  2. International Orders (If Applicable)
    Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

RoyalGates is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
